General FAQs
1. What type of t-shirts do you use?
Our shirts are made from high quality 100% Cotton (weight - 165 G/ 4.95 OZ.) and are individually hand crafted to produce the very best product.
Find a shirt you like and customize it to fit your personal fashion preferences. Now you can wear a gaming shirt and look good at the same time! How about that!
The measurements we provide are approximate and are accurate for the majority of the shirts we supply. The exact measurements can and do vary slightly.
We only use suppliers who conform to the following manufacturing ethics: No child labour, payment above minimum wage, environmentally friendly production (non pollutant) and no use of harmful chemicals which can remain in products and be hazardous to health.
Ordering FAQs
1. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates vary by country and by service used. Whilst you shop they are shown in the minicart at the top of the screen as an indication of costs. Final shipping costs are decided at the store�s checkout.
2. Where do you ship?
Again, all available shipping destinations are visible in the checkout screen (assuming you have something in your basket!).
3. How quickly will my order arrive?
We will dispatch your order within ten working days of it being submitted wherever possible. If we are unable to complete your order within this timescale you will be notified by email.
4. How is my order packaged for shipping?
Your garments will be tissue wrapped and then placed in a plastic mailer envelope.
5. What is your return/exchange policy?
We appreciate that the nature of buying goods over the Internet means that sometimes they will be returned. If you are unhappy with your goods for any reason we make it as easy as possible for you to get another item or a refund. Please note we will only refund postage costs if your product is faulty or your order was supplied incorrectly. Replacement goods will be sent by standard post at our cost and may take up to 3 weeks to be dispatched.
Items must be returned in re-sellable condition with tags still attached within 7 days of receipt. We will not accept any goods back after they have been washed unless they are faulty.
When returning goods you are advised to use recorded delivery - teefly.com cannot be held responsible for returned items that go missing in the post and no exchanges or refunds will be issued until the goods have been delivered to our warehouse.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that is damaged or that has not been treated in accordance with the previously stated policies.
6. How can I cancel an order?
Returning any item within 28 days will be taken as notice of cancellation of your order (or part of your order). Goods are provided to you on approval and legal title to the goods will not pass to you until the 28 days post-delivery period has expired. On receipt of the goods, videogametees.com will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required.
The contract in respect of sale of goods between videogametees.com and you requires that you return the goods to teefly.com on cancellation. The costs of returning goods to teefly.com are borne by you.
Your statutory rights continue in force.
All "Sale" goods sales are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
7. What Payment Options do you offer?

Videogametees.com uses sophisticated 128 bit SSL encryption (secure socket layer) technology along with various anti-fraud detection measures to guarantee the security of your credit card information.
We do not store any of your credit card details on our server.
8. 30 DAY money-back guarantee.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee so if you are unhappy with your tee for any reason (colour, size, fit), you may return the goods in its original packaging /condition to Videogametees.com and we will refund the full-amount of your order minus the shipping charge.
